AeroWealth ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

Account info: email address, authentication tokens, and (optionally) name.
Financial inputs: the assets, liabilities, contributions, scenarios and monthly check-ins you enter. We do not connect to your bank — all values are self-reported.
Billing info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and minimal usage telemetry needed to operate the service and diagnose errors.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the projection and tracking features.
To process payments and send transactional emails.
To detect abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Where it lives

Your data is stored encrypted at rest in our managed cloud backend. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery uses our transactional email provider. These sub-processors may store data outside Australia; all are bound by industry-standard data protection commitments.

4. Sharing

We only share personal information with the sub-processors above, or where required by law. We never share your financial inputs with any third party for marketing or analytics purposes.

5. Retention

We retain account and scenario data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records for billing).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing support@aerowealth.net. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
