Refund Policy

Effective Date: 23 June 2026

AeroWealth's Free plan is free forever — no payment is taken, so nothing to refund. This policy covers the Pro subscription and any future paid plans.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until that period ends and will not be charged again.

2. Refunds

Pro subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for time remaining in the period after you cancel.

3. Free trials and promotional offers

From time to time, AeroWealth may offer free trials, discounts or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the standard price after the promotional period ends. You can cancel before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid the renewal charge.

4. Change of mind

Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unused subscription periods, or because you did not achieve a particular financial outcome (such as a retirement age, wealth target, or investment return) using the service. AeroWealth is an educational projection tool — outcomes depend on your own decisions and on markets we do not control.

5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply to you under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair or re-supply where the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee — for example, if it is not fit for its disclosed purpose or has a major fault we cannot fix in a reasonable time.

6. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a renewal you weren't expecting), email support@aerowealth.net within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the charge. We'll investigate and, where appropriate, refund the amount in question.

7. Temporary service interruptions

AeroWealth relies on cloud infrastructure and third-party services (such as our hosting, database, authentication and payments providers). Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or third-party service disruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund, provided we act reasonably to restore service. Where an outage materially affects your ability to use the Pro features for an extended period and the cause is within our reasonable control, contact us and we will consider a fair credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

8. How refunds are paid

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through Stripe, our payments processor. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may vary.

9. Questions

See the Terms of Service for the full billing terms, or contact support@aerowealth.net.
